Reporting to the Sales Engineer Manager, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers who purchase and install Snap One products. This role requires an individual with strong technical acumen and a background in relationship building. The Sales Engineer will continuously educate our customers on how to build robust automation projects, avoid costly pitfalls, maximize the capabilities of our products, and drive revenue ensuring that together we are delighting end-users. The Sales Engineer should have excellent presentation skills, both live and virtual, with the ability to constantly assess the needs of the customer.
