As a Project Manager at ADI, you become the driving force connecting our customers with our internal and external sales teams. You oversee technical projects from A to Z, guaranteeing smooth delivery and exceptional communication in Dutch and French throughout every stage.

Job Duties:

• Project management: Prepare quotations for a variety of technical projects, supporting the full process from the first price enquiry through to final delivery.
• Technical advice: Help customers choose the right solution by giving practical, well-explained technical advice by phone and email.
• Quotation management: Prepare, follow up and process more complex quotations, making sure everything is accurate and delivered on time.
• Planning: Work closely with our logistics planning team to make sure customer timelines are realistic and achievable.
• Point of contact: Be the main contact person for our French- and Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring communication runs smoothly at all times.

You Must Have:

• You are confidently bilingual in Dutch and French, both spoken and written. You also bring solid professional English skills, which you'll use for international contacts and reading technical documentation.
• You're well-organised, detail-oriented and able to keep an overview even when things get busy.
• You enjoy taking ownership of your work and can operate independently when needed.
• You're comfortable working with MS Office.
