ADI Global, which is a part of the Resideo family and is growing rapidly, is looking to add to our Sales Team. You will be assigned your own book of existing customer accounts and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with ADI.
Job Duties:
- Drive business growth by closing sales
- Identify possible improvement opportunities
- Understand products, systems, and procedures
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
- Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes
- Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Responsible for keeping current customers satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis
- Maintain Existing Customers
- Manage Sales Cycle
- Provide Excellent Customer Support
- Raise Escalations
- Work with Larger Sales Organizations
- Providing support to other duties as assigned

Hiring Salary Range The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $15.14 to $25.78 per hour but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
Incentive Eligible (SIP) This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 42.86% of your annual salary, and prorated based on hire date. Attaining your sales target qualifies you for 100% of your annual sales incentive, while surpassing sales targets during the performance period enables you to earn additional incentive pay.
