Play an important part shaping the future of our iconic Australian institution
Unique opportunity to join the RBA's Payments Operations Program, which is strengthening Australia's national payments infrastructure and other critical IT and business systems
This is a unique opportunity for you to join the Reserve Bank's Payments Operations Program, which is leading the Bank's work to strengthen its operation of RITS, Australia's real-time gross settlement system, and other critical national payments infrastructure. These payments systems move around $300 billion dollars between financial institutions each day and ultimately settle all non-cash payments in Australia. They are essential for supporting the day-to-day business of the Australian economy.
You will be part of the Business team in the Payments Operations Program, working closely with the Project Director (Business) to support the delivery of the RITS Operating Model and Knowledge Management workstreams.
The Payments Operations Program is a large, business led program which is working to: uplift the operating model and resourcing for the RITS ecosystem; strengthen shared services processes and IT controls that support RITS and related systems; and improve knowledge management processes and systems and related training programs for staff supporting RITS.
