We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, personable, and professional Operations and Maintenance Intern for our summer program to join our team!

This is a twelve (12) week program starting May 18, 2026 – August 7, 2026, in Downtown Houston.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of analysis and reporting for key activities and projects by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information; reviews reporting packages and documents
• Assist in compiling of weekly executive summary and key performance indicator reports
• Use independent judgment to analyze data and make recommendations for changes to support significant business initiatives and to drive critical business decisions
• Identifies areas for process improvement through data analysis and strategic thinking
• Assist in the documentation of current and future-state processes to create support for changes through flowcharts, business requirements documents, data definitions, etc.
• Supports the development, documentation, and implementation of new procedures
• Produces custom reports and analysis
• Prepare and present progress reports to the management and leadership teams
• Coordinate and effectively communicate with all teams on the project.

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the requirement of a work/student visa
• Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in undergraduate or graduate electrical engineering or a related discipline degree program.
• Understanding the fundamentals of solar operations and maintenance
