Technical Support Specialist

Reperio Search is now seeking on behalf of a client an employee for Technical Support. In this role, you will be a key player in supporting salespeople and customers with technical expertise for automation solutions. You will become part of a team of four people.

Your main duties:

  • Provide technical support via phone and email
  • Be a technical support for the company's salespeople and customers
  • If necessary, conduct joint visits with salespeople at customers' locations
  • Contribute to good customer service and long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with technical centers in Europe

Who are we looking for?

  • We are looking for someone with post-secondary technical education or a high school engineering degree in combination with experience. You have previously worked in a technical support role or as an automation engineer, preferably with a focus on electrical automation.
  • You have:
    • Good understanding of automation, pneumatics and electrical circuits
    • Knowledge of IO communication, PLC systems and AC servo solutions
    • Experience with field buses such as ProfiNET
    • Good computer and system skills
    • Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing
  • As a person, you are:
    • Proactive and solution-oriented
    • Engaged, accurate and proactive
    • Responsible and confident in discussing technical solutions with both colleagues and customers
    • Service-oriented and accommodating
  • It is meritorious if you have experience with support tools such as Zendesk as well as experience with business systems such as Movex or M3.
