Complete and precise documentation of all activities in the CRM is one of your most important tasks.
You will take care of the structured follow-up of appointments and ensure that open points are clearly recorded and communicated.
Smooth accompaniment of customer onboarding, including SLA tracking and data maintenance.
Care and updating of all relevant master data and coordination of the affected interfaces.
You will follow up on open items in the offer and onboarding process consistently.
Creation of a transparent, structured monitoring of all data.
Monitoring of central KPIs and deadlines to ensure a smooth process in the sales and KAM environment.
Close cooperation with sales, key account management, and other internal areas.
You will actively contribute ideas to continuously improve processes, tools, and reporting.
Your competencies:
Successfully completed commercial training or a BWL degree.
Ideally, first experiences in the real estate industry.
At least 3 years of experience in sales administration, ideally in the B2B environment.
Very structured, detail-oriented, and process-safe working method.
Excellent MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Secure handling of CRM systems and high data affinity.
Excellent communication and interface skills.
Good analytical understanding and high number affinity.
Fluent German and good English.
