Marketing Specialist

As part of our marketing team, you will play a key role in the positioning and occupancy of our micro living properties on the market. You will accompany new properties from the first analysis to the completed marketing strategy and ensure a high occupancy rate with your efforts.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the conception, implementation, and reporting of marketing strategies (print, digital, and social media) for the entire portfolio.
• You coordinate the brand onboarding, as well as the implementation of property branding for new properties.
• You are the central interface between clients, service providers, and internal teams and take over the offer management as well as the smooth implementation of processes.
• You are responsible for the high-quality placement of our property listings and the subsequent customer journey.
• You conduct market and competition analyses.
• You develop our B2C brands and ensure the continuous update of a high-quality brand appearance in accordance with the CI guidelines.

Competencies:

• You are an organizational talent with project management skills and strong communication abilities.
• You have a sense for trends in the real estate market, particularly in the micro living segment, and bring creativity into the development of marketing concepts.
• You have experience in marketing, ideally in the real estate sector, preferably with a focus on digital channels.
• You work independently and results-oriented.
