Lead IT & Support (m/w/d)

Your Daily Responsibilities:

You lead an interdisciplinary team of IT, support, and DevOps and support your team in prioritizing the areas of responsibility.

Internal IT support (1st & 2nd level) is your responsibility and you ensure fast, reliable help with technical concerns.

You maintain our IT infrastructure including MDM and helpdesk stable, secure, and future-proof.

You continuously analyze existing IT and support processes and implement targeted optimizations for efficiency.

Together with the DevOps team, you coordinate technical requirements and contribute to the standardization of the infrastructure.

You develop guidelines, processes, and security standards and ensure their compliance in the day-to-day operations.

You plan and manage IT projects, take responsibility for the IT budget as well as license and asset management.

You are the central contact person for internal stakeholders and ensure transparent communication.

Your Competencies:

You already have experience in leading IT or support teams and know how to motivate and develop people.

A very good technical understanding in the areas of DevOps, IT operations, and support distinguishes you.

Handling modern IT tools and cloud environments such as Azure AD, Jira, or Intune is a matter of course for you.

Value-based communication on an equal footing is a matter of course for you.

You work structured, think solution-oriented and like to get involved yourself when necessary.

You can express yourself confidently and professionally in both German and English.
