As a member of our three-person HR team, you will report directly to the HR team lead and actively shape our HR processes.
You will independently advise and support managers from specific departments in all personnel-related matters and be the central contact person for approximately 50 employees.
In close coordination with your assigned departments, you will plan the personnel needs and manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, through active sourcing, to successful onboarding.
You will also ensure a professional and respectful conclusion during exit interviews and offboardings.
With your insight into people and organizations, you will actively shape change processes and support the development of structures and teams.
Promoting our company culture and embedding our core values in daily cooperation is as natural for you as implementing central HR processes.
You will proactively contribute to the development of an employer branding strategy and monitor current trends to unlock new potentials.
You will introduce your own projects and impulses and thus contribute to the further development of our HR work.
You have a completed degree or comparable qualification in the field of Human Resources.
You have relevant professional experience in HR and in working with managers.
With your empathetic and confident demeanor, you gain the trust of employees and managers alike.
You have a strong understanding of the needs of your stakeholders and the ability to communicate with them on an equal footing.
Very good German and English skills in speech and writing complete your profile.
