Sales Leader For Renewable Energy

Are you a high-performance sales leader with a passion for renewable energy? Do you know how to build, mentor, and scale outbound and inbound machines? If you're ready to lead a world-class team of SDRs/BDRs to dominate the LATAM market, then we want YOU!

This is a full-time position based in São Paulo (Hybrid). Proficiency in English is necessary and Spanish is highly desirable for this leadership role.

What You'll Do

  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of SDRs/BDRs, ensuring they have the skills and motivation to smash their targets.
  • Process Optimization: Build and refine our outbound "playbooks," including cold calling scripts, email sequences, and LinkedIn social selling strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the top-of-funnel, ensuring a consistent flow of highly qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
  • Data-Driven Management: Monitor KPIs and dashboards (HubSpot) to identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement quick, strategic fixes.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure lead quality and a seamless hand-off process.
