Internship Opportunity In Renewable Energy Sales

What You'll Do

• Engage with potential customers via email, phone, and other channels to introduce them to Reonic's solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of our platform
• Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to using our tool
• Manage customer accounts, tracking progress, addressing concerns, and identifying upselling opportunities
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of Reonic's products
• Help create customer success materials, including training documents, product guides, and FAQs
• Monitor customer feedback and gather insights to improve sales and customer success strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Support) to resolve customer issues and optimize interactions
• Provide administrative support, maintaining customer records and tracking key engagement metrics

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Strong interest in customer success, sales, and customer engagement
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• A proactive, customer-first mindset, eager to learn and grow
• Excellent Italian & English skills (additional European languages are a plus)
• Available for a 3-6 month internship in our Berlin office
• Starting date: ideally around 01.10
