As we rapidly scale, we're looking for an experienced person to take charge of our operations in Italy, optimize sales processes, and build a high-performing team. Please note that for this role a C2 proficiency in Italian is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers - solar installers in the Italian market.
- Drive Growth – Support sales deals, participate in demo calls, and contribute to the expansion of our Annual Recurring Revenue.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities and seek out potential partnerships, staying ahead of industry developments.
- Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team.
- Leverage Data – Extract insights from HubSpot and other tools to make data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
- Stay Ahead of the Industry – Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor activities to ensure Reonic stays at the forefront of innovation.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers (preferably in SaaS or a startup environment).
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM and lead generation tools—you know how to extract and analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can engage and influence across different levels.
- Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering.
- A proactive, flexible mindset with a passion for process optimization and scaling operation.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
