We are searching for individuals who have home, condo, apartment, remodeling or construction experience. Our Service Technician's primary responsibility is to provide each of our customers with the best quality service and fastest response time as possible.

Essential Functions of this position are:

• Providing service and customer support during field visits
• Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
• Repairing showers and tubs
• Fixing plumbing leaks
• Wrapping windows
• Painting and staining
• Installing shower doors
• Replacing window sashes
• Replacing interior trim work
• Taping and mudding of sheet rock
• Drywall patching
• Siding and shingle installation
• General caulking and cleaning
• Collecting any balance due
• Following all company filed procedures and protocols
• Producing timely and detailed service reports

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years in Remodeling Industry
• Valid driver's license and clean driver history
• Ability to read, understand, and follows safety procedure
• Ability to grasp complex concepts easily
• Quality of work standards
• Excellent planning, negotiating, and organizing skills
