We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven HR Coordinator to support essential HR operations, with a strong emphasis on onboarding and maintaining accurate employee documentation. This role supports a wide range of employee groups including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Field Production, and Call Center personnel.
This position requires excellent organization, professionalism, and a commitment to providing a positive employee experience. It is well-suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to broaden their HR knowledge and impact.
Coordinate all onboarding activities, including pre-hire documentation, new hire setup, and first-day support
Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries and provide timely, helpful employee support
Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
Conduct regular file audits and track HR compliance metrics
Manage HR inbox and support day-to-day administrative tasks
Process employee access items including badges and key fobs
Enter and maintain data across HR platforms with a high degree of accuracy
Support employee relations documentation such as performance reviews and corrective actions
Provide front desk coverage as needed
Process ROS forms for Sales employees
Assist with other HR tasks and projects as assigned
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support
High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in HR or related field preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
Demonstrated discretion when working with confidential information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is preferred
Highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to delivering quality work
