Employee Services Coordinator

Renuity is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Employee Services Coordinator for a 6-month temporary assignment (hourly role, no benefits included) with the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent position after the initial period.

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our HR service ticketing system while providing exceptional support to employees across our divisions. Serving as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you'll ensure timely and accurate processing of core HR transactions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundational knowledge of HR practices, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to operate with professionalism and confidentiality.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the first line of support for incoming HR service desk tickets, addressing a wide range of employee inquiries and requests.
  • Accurately process key HR transactions, including I-9 verifications, terminations, promotions, and internal transfers.
  • Monitor service desk activity to ensure timely resolution of tickets and escalate complex issues to the HR Service Desk Manager as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and employee interactions in accordance with internal policies and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other HR team members to support a seamless employee experience.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR or employee support role.
  • Strong general knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with ADP is a strong plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a customer-service mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with employees at all levels.
