About the Role:
We’re looking for a Business Support Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an onsite role based in our Landover, MD office. You’ll play a critical role in supporting daily operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a great customer experience.
In this role, you will:
Support internal teams with administrative and clerical tasks
Help manage scheduling, documentation, and customer communications
Ensure timely data entry and record-keeping
Deliver excellent customer service by phone, email, or in person
Keep office systems organized and running smoothly
Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve issues efficiently
Key Qualifications:
Prior experience in administrative support or customer service
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
Ability to stay focused, manage time, and meet deadlines
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule & Location:
Full-time, onsite role based in Landover, MD

This is a seated, office-based role requiring sustained computer and phone work
