About the role:

The executive will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring high system uptime, and maintaining ITGC compliance across the region. The role includes device refresh, technical support, application uptime, and driving safety and sustainability initiatives.

The incumbent will report to the senior manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job responsibilities:

Ensure IT general controls (ITGC) compliance across all systems.

Compliance (as per the target) on the remediation dashboard for Windows/Chrome end users

Endpoint protection, encryption, and patching

Oversee operations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, and proactive support of IT infrastructure to maintain uptime

Provide timely support across all enterprise applications, including iCABS, Citrix, Navision, SCP, DSP, and Lead Tracker

Support branch-level UPS/Inverter installations and maintain existing CCTV systems, Pan India knowledge of Windows and Chrome OS is a must; should be able to troubleshoot laptops, desktops, Chromebook, chromebox, firewall, router, printer etc.

Troubleshooting problems related to PC, printers/scanner, local area network, mail

To work on adhoc projects as per the business requirements.

Acts as a focal point for all IT-related needs & queries for the branches.

Good knowledge of video conferencing, Hangout meet, Google Drive etc.

To resolve queries as and when required by providing assistance as per defined SLAs.

Service level agreement, vendor management, incident management, problem management and asset management.

Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance.

Shall be flexible to report / work and handle multiple offices.

Providing assistance on Windows & Chrome OS, setting up network printer/scanner,

Key result areas:

Maintain IT infrastructure uptime

Ensure ITGC compliance targets

Resolve tickets within SLA

Support application performance SLA

Ensure network uptime

Complete key technical trainings

Drive certified e-waste disposal

Shall be able to work on adhoc projects as per the business requirements independently.

Individual point of contact for IT for assigned region branches.

Resolving queries by providing quick assistance.

Ability to do root cause analysis and propose solutions from their knowledge and Internet

Educational qualification / other requirement:

Graduate in information technology, computer science, or related field

1–5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management

Knowledge of Google Suite is required.

Strong working knowledge of Windows, Chromebooks, networking, and endpoint security

Familiarity with ITGC compliance, patching, encryption, and device management tools
