Planning and contacting customer for daily service schedule:
Manage service plan and documentation support:
Checking planning activities weekly to ensure the manpower, time effectiveness, travelling including minimum overtime before service schedule is confirmed.
Sending visit notifications to customers on a monthly basis and when required.
Register service team information with site management unit before visits.
Calling and confirming with customers for routine visits at least 12 hours before actual visits
Discussion frequently with Supervisor/ Technicians of new schedule/ schedule changed versus initial arrangement as per Sale Dept/customer's request.
Field attachment with service technician to deep dive customers understanding as well as travelling…
Ensure SOS completion comparing with service schedule and on time.
Tracking all Visit Note/ Visit Rejection and escalate service issues to related function and follow up.
Printing and passing service dockets completed in monthly basis to Finance (Collection team) team in timely basis as required.
Report and highlight to management team any unreasonable issues related to service schedule and actual service perform.
Other Requested Tasks
Handling seasonal projects, which is launched internally and effecting to Operations department.
Build up and develop the company's culture with professional image.
