Bird Control Field Support

We're seeking a reliable and observant Bird Control Field Support to join our bird deterrent operations from the ground. This is a role that plays a key part in assisting our field team during bird control activities on commercial and industrial sites.

You'll be responsible for monitoring bird activity, communicating with the team, and ensuring our bird deterrent measures are applied safely and effectively.

This role would suit someone with a background in birding, wildlife observation, or with a strong understanding of bird behaviour. Qualifications are not required, but awareness and accuracy are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and report bird movements from the ground in real time
• Communicate with the bird control team to support active deterrent operations
• Record bird activity data and note patterns or problem areas
• Maintain safe distances and follow site protocols at all times
• Assist with setup and pack-down of equipment
• Work in varied weather conditions and environments

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in bird watching, wildlife monitoring, or similar fieldwork
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Good communication skills
• Physically able to work on-site and on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working near active deterrent tools
