We're hiring a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and scale data-driven journeys that activate, engage, and retain customers across Renmoney's products (Loans, Savings, Debit Card, and more). You'll own end-to-end campaign execution in Customer.io (or similar), drive rigorous experimentation, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Growth teams to improve LTV, retention, and reactivation.

What you'll do:
- Own multi-channel lifecycle programs across email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app—from onboarding through win-back.
- Develop segmentation frameworks (persona, behavioral, lifecycle stage) and trigger-based journeys that personalize at scale.
- Build and operate in Customer.io (or similar): journeys, data requirements, QA, frequency caps, and governance.
- Run an experimentation program (A/B, multivariate, holdouts) to improve conversion, retention, LTV, and campaign ROI.
- Measure and report performance: cohort retention, funnel conversion, attribution; maintain clear dashboards and insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Growth to align messaging, data quality, and regulatory needs.
- Write and edit channel-ready copy and provide clear briefs to content/design; maintain tone of voice and brand standards.
- Maintain operational excellence: naming conventions, event/attribute hygiene, deliverability, and preference management.
