Technicien Support Logistique MCR

In the context of our development, we are recruiting a Technician Support Logistics MCR, to join an experienced team and ensure the preparation and follow-up of material, logistics, and operational necessary for the interventions of MCR technicians (management of tools, PPE, spare parts, coordination of transports, stock follow-up, etc.). Under the responsibility of the MCR Coordinator, you will be mobilized to accompany the operations by ensuring the availability of the material and the logistical fluidity. Based in Mazamet, the position requires weekly trips to our Sigean depot as well as occasional trips on site, throughout the national territory.

The missions of the position:

Management of tools and PPE

• Prepare the tooling necessary for MCR operations.

• Organize and follow general periodic checks (calibrations, regulatory inspections).

• Participate in the elaboration of tooling lists by operation.

• Ensure exchanges with providers and group peers for punctual rentals/loans (telescopic forklift, base life, specific tooling…).

• Organize and follow the transport of tooling.

• Collaborate closely with the MCR Team Leader.

Management of spare parts and consumables

• Prepare the necessary parts and consumables.

• Manage the MC stock via the CMMS (update, follow-up, optimization).

• Collaborate with the purchasing department for the follow-up of parts and stock management.

• Participate in the elaboration of parts lists by operation.

• Organize and follow the transport of parts on site.

• Implement and follow the maintenance schedule of MC.

• Collaborate with the MCR Team Leader.

Follow-up of service vehicles

• Ensure the follow-up of the maintenance of maintenance vehicles.

Participation in operations

• Intervene occasionally on site if necessary.

QSE

• Participation in the cleaning of the workshop (spare parts, tools, and consumables).

• Management of waste from MCR activity.

• Respect and implementation of the company's quality procedures.

• Respect and implementation of safety instructions on site and within the company.

• Vigilance with subcontractors for the implementation of safety instructions and quality procedures.

• Reporting of near-misses, incidents, or accidents noted.

• In case of incident, implementation of emergency procedures.

• Participation in QHSE talks and sensitizations

Profile sought

You are from a Bac+2 training or have equivalent experience in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or logistics. Knowledge of the wind sector is a plus. Organized, rigorous and comfortable with digital tools (ideally the CMMS), you have a basis in electrotechnics and mechanics. Your level of English allows you to understand and exchange on operational topics. Autonomous yet with a team spirit, you know how to communicate easily with different interlocutors. You are pragmatic, curious and you enjoy versatility and work as close as possible to operations.
