Job Description

Relevant Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in Stamping Simul activities with a technical background in stamping shop & should be capable of handling Stamping related activities individually.
• Knowledge in Stamping processes, die structure, Body structure & stamping feasibility concerns for both Cold & Hot stamping.
• Knowledge on Die standard parts & die cost estimation.
• Can able to make & optimise process/operation sequence.
• Knowledge on Automated presses lines [Cross bar, Feed bar] panel layout making.
• Able propose CUS/DFPP-part change proposal to Product design
• Able execute TGA activity -MPCAD [3D MP], Spring back, detail MP making-CADCEUS knowledge preferable.
• Hands on experience in any CAD software [NX or Catia] with A-class surface modelling capability.
• Hands on experience in T0 trials & can make comparison Simulation Vs Trial -Preferable.
• Hands on experience in any simulation software [Auto form, Pam stamp. Dyna form] and can able to execute simulation & plan Counter measure.
