Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Proportional, the Operations Assistant – will be support multiple teams and be responsible for all aspects triaging and processing related to reinsurance transactions in our risk and accounting systems and will support the workflow of the cash and proportional teams. The role will pivot across teams based on business needs.
• High School diploma required; University degree preferred • 5+ years of related experience • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a variety of duties in a timely and accurate manner • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and process complex accounts and transactions • Strong communication skills. • Insurance experience preferred • Team player and ability to work across multiple teams
