We are looking for an Amazon Customer Service Representative with a strong background and knowledge of Amazon Seller Central to support daily account operations and customer communications.
Schedule: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm EST
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails and messages through Amazon Seller Central
Handle basic customer service inquiries related to orders, returns, and general concerns
Run, download, and upload reports from Amazon Seller Central
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses
Assist with general Amazon account support tasks as needed
