Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to serve as the technical expert for Salesforce implementations. You will be responsible for the hands-on configuration, development, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with the Project Managers to translate business requirements into efficient, functional solutions, ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration & Configuration: Configure and manage Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, custom objects, fields, and page layouts to meet client needs.
Solution Delivery & Automation: Design and implement advanced Salesforce Flows, automated processes, and customized reports and dashboards to optimize client operations.
Data Management: Oversee all data management activities, including imports, exports, and updates, ensuring data integrity and object relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Integrations: Configure and implement Salesforce integrations, including both native AppExchange solutions and third-party applications.
User Support & Training: Provide expert-level Salesforce user support and conduct targeted training sessions for client teams, promoting CRM adoption and best practices.
