Our client is a U.S.-based real estate brokerage operating across Iowa, South Dakota, and Nebraska. The firm manages residential and commercial transactions, offering brokerage and property-related services.
Our Client is seeking Real State Operations Assistant to provide support for their operations. The priority is to find someone highly organized, reliable, and process-driven to handle repetitive but critical tasks such as:
- Check and organize real estate transaction files using Dotloop.
- Submit documents to closing/title companies and track missing items.
- Create and send commission invoices to closing companies.
- Support with basic bookkeeping (tracking commissions, maintaining records, potential support for Jesse's other businesses).
- Manage social media posting (listings, pendings, closings, open houses) across Facebook, Instagram, and eventually LinkedIn.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance in all documents and posts.
