Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based or Virtual

Salary: $2062 / Week

Location: Mount Vernon, WA (Onsite or Remote)

Pay: $55/hour or $2,062.50 weekly gross

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Duration: 9-month contract

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in the Mount Vernon, WA area. This role offers flexibility for onsite or virtual service delivery, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills and academic success.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reporting.
• Deliver therapy in individual and group settings as appropriate (onsite or via teletherapy).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Washington State SLP license (or eligibility).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous school-based experience is a plus; teletherapy experience is highly valued.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable internet and technology setup for virtual roles.
