Virtual Learning Primary Support Person
Performance Responsibilities
1. Daily Assignment: Local district school buildings and/or administrative buildings.
2. Follow the virtual student therapy schedule with specific days/times.
3. Ensure technology is working and problem solve as needed prior to the student therapy session.
4. Pick up student from classrooms/greet family at the site and escort them to and from the virtual therapy location.
5. Monitor behaviors and attention during therapy sessions.
6. Assist students with use of mouse, tracking pad, or touch screen when requested by therapist.
7. Assist with evaluations when requested by the therapist.
8. Maintain communication with the virtual therapist and ISD Supervisor.
9. Maintain confidentiality of information.
10. Assist with other school related responsibilities as assigned by both the teacher and/or the St. Joseph County ISD administration.
