Description:

Administer and maintain a Horizon View environment, including:

• Spinning up new desktop pools
• Managing FSLogix profile containers
• Configuring and supporting Cloud Gateway
• Collaborate on the transition and expansion into Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Support multiple VM configurations tailored to different user scenarios
• Work closely with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Azure AD
• Troubleshoot Tier 3+ issues across VDI platforms
• Partner with team members to design, build, and scale VDI solutions
• Ensure security, performance, and compliance across virtual desktop environments
• Document processes, configurations, and architectural decisions

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in VDI environments
• Proven experience building and scaling Horizon View infrastructure

• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
• Experience in a Microsoft-centric environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, agile team

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
