Position Summary: The senior Business Process Analyst will provide business analysis and hands-on systems support for engineering technologies in support of global operations. The incumbent is responsible for delivering and supporting technology solutions while executing as a hands-on business and systems analyst.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities and Percentage of Time:
Experience Required: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Application Developer, particularly in engineering systems, reporting, and mobile technologies supporting operations or engineering functions. 5+ years of technical experience with Werum PAS-X MES (administration, configuration, management, and operational support). 5+ years of experience working with GxP and regulated systems.
Technical Skills Required: Expertise in Werum PAS-X (administration and configuration) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint
Functional Competencies: Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Detail-oriented with excellent documentation capabilities. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and business partnering skills. Strong analytical skills to evaluate and synthesize information from multiple sources. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, global environment. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the regulatory environment in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

Compensation: $90,000 to $130,000 +/- and this position are also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Application will be accepted by 09/16/2025.
