The Sr. Engineering Services Manager leads and manages teams responsible for critical business systems and applications that power ClearCaptions' internal and customer-facing operations. This role oversees Web Developers, Salesforce and NetSuite Developers, and Technical Writers, ensuring that each discipline collaborates effectively to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure systems and documentation. The role will focus on delivery, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and ensuring the systems that support ClearCaptions' mission operate efficiently and evolve with the organization's needs. This is a remote/work from home position reporting to the Director of Software Engineering.

$167,000 to $180,000 plus 10% determined by competitive market analysis and internal equity considerations. Final compensation will be based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and business needs.
