Enhance your career by joining the Engineering Xcelerator Rotation Program at Experian! In this 12-month program, you'll immerse yourself in an energetic and inclusive environment designed to set you up for success in a global organization, and fast-track your growth as a future technical leader. We're looking for driven software engineers eager to enhance their skills through impactful projects. You will report to either the Lead Software Developer, Director of Web Applications Engineering, Director of Cloud Automation, or the Android Manager and join our D2C or Partner Solutions business. You will also have a program manager who is the Sr. Manager of Talent Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete two 6-month technical rotations across our business groups.
  • Gain hands-on experience with the latest tech stacks and platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and other teams.
  • Receive mentorship from Senior Engineers and a Career Development Coach.
  • Gain exposure to Senior Business Leadership.
  • Partake in unique sprint assignments.

Start dates for the program are April and June 2026.

Qualifications:

  • Graduating in December 2025 or Spring 2026 with a BS or above in Computer Science or equivalent field.
  • Knowledge in one or more languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, HTML, or Python.
  • Experience with frameworks such as React, CSS, Angular, or Spring.
  • Experience with mobile development - Swift or iOS.
  • Exposure to databases such as Oracle, SQL, Cassandra, and MongoDB.
  • An interest in learning test automation, machine learning, DevOps, or AWS.
