As a Benefits Advisor, you will use a person-centered approach to engage individuals in conversations that focus on their current situation, needs, preferences, resources and level of knowledge about accessing various benefits. This is a remote position which will allow you to work from your home office. The help line will operate Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (Central Time).
