We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Alliance leader who has experience cultivating, managing and growing strategic alliances. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to lead the ServiceNow Alliance, build the strategy, create partnerships internally and externally and drive the business with one of the top 10 Global Technology Services organizations.
Location: Remote based in the US
Experienced alliance executive with minimum of 10+ years in alliance/partner management; direct experience in managing ServiceNow partnership preferred Thorough understanding of all ServiceNow partner programs and processes Experience enabling ServiceNow partner strategy with sales, digital practices, industry business units, and offering teams Skilled program manager Experience navigating and engaging multiple, matrixed teams in a large enterprise organization; international work experience preferred Experience with sales or alliance operational software platforms (e.g., SFDC, Dynamics, WorkSpan) a plus ServiceNow and Cloud certification(s) a plus Ability to travel approximately 25% (pending post-COVID travel guidance) Bachelor's degree with a master's degree preferred Experience in managing SAP partnership would be a bonus
