Senior Product Manager, Autodesk Platform Services

Are you a strategic, results-driven product manager who can translate market trends into platform growth? Autodesk is seeking a senior product manager to drive adoption and product-led growth for Autodesk Platform Services (APS) as we enter the agentic era. As a growth-focused product leader, you will own strategic market analysis and growth initiatives for our external developer platform. You'll study emerging trends in AI, agentic systems, and workflow automation to identify adoption opportunities and shape our platform strategy. Working cross-functionally with product teams across APS and partnering closely with engineering, you'll translate market insights into executable roadmaps and detailed product requirements that accelerate developer adoption and unlock new value in the age of intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities in AI, agentic systems, and workflow automation.

Define and execute product-led growth strategies that drive developer adoption, ecosystem expansion, and platform value realization.

Partner with engineering teams to translate strategic insights into executable roadmaps, detailed user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with product managers across APS to align on growth initiatives and drive coordinated adoption strategies.

Develop frameworks and metrics to measure platform adoption, developer engagement, and value delivery in agentic use cases.

Champion growth mindset and best practices across the product organization through thought leadership and strategic influence.

Minimum Qualifications

Advanced product management expertise (8-10 years), with focus on product growth, platform adoption, or developer ecosystems.

Strong technical foundation with proven ability to write detailed user stories, define requirements, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Deep understanding of AI/ML, agentic systems, automation platforms, and developer workflows.

Demonstrated success driving measurable growth outcomes—adoption, engagement, or ecosystem expansion—in platform or developer-focused products.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence across product teams and synthesize insights for executive audiences.
