And we do it all with heart, each and every day. As a CVS Health Sr Analyst, Desktop Cust Serv, you will provide remote Level 2 technical support to CVS Health Colleagues and Clients. Technical support will include analyzing, diagnosing, and implementing fixes remotely which aids in the quick and effective resolution of escalated issues. As a Level 2 Agent, you will be responsible for handling high priority, high visibility business critical outages and escalations. Level 2 agents will be expected to provide guidance and aid in the development and progression of Level 1 Helpdesk agents. This position will require close collaboration with Leadership, Support teams, Colleagues, and Level 1 Helpdesk agents.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $22.59 - $53.95 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
