Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic project team focused on delivering innovative solutions using Salesforce Sales, Service, and Communications Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools and methodologies, as well as strong problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Salesforce Development Expertise: Apex, LWCs, Flows, OmniStudio components.
  • Experience with at least two of the following: Copado Robotic Testing, Communications Cloud (Salesforce Industries), AgentForce.
  • Strong understanding of CPQ processes and APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Kanban methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test applications and services within Salesforce Sales, Service, and Communications Cloud.
  • Implement features using OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Flex Cards), Flows, Triggers, and Apex code.
  • Build user interfaces leveraging Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex, and Flows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Communications Cloud technologies, including Enterprise Product Catalog, Industries CPQ, Pricing, and CPQ APIs.
  • Collaborate in regular virtual meetings to review requirements, progress, and deployments.
  • Support QA teams with testing and provide input for automated testing using Copado Robotic Testing. Participate in Kanban-based development cycles with bi-weekly releases, including unit and functional testing.
