Cutover Manager
We are seeking an experienced Cutover Manager to lead and coordinate the cutover planning and execution for a complex Salesforce implementation project. This role will oversee the transition from legacy systems to Salesforce, including integrations to ERP, POS systems, and an Extranet, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and a smooth go-live experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Cutover Planning & Strategy
- Develop and own the end-to-end cutover strategy and detailed cutover plan.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Salesforce, ERP, POS, migration, and Extranet teams to align cutover activities.
- Define cutover scope, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Execution & Coordination
- Lead cross-functional cutover rehearsals and mock runs.
- Coordinate cutover activities, system shutdown/startup sequences, and validation steps.
- Manage go/no-go checkpoints and readiness assessments.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify and mitigate cutover risks and issues.
- Establish contingency plans and rollback procedures.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the central point of contact for all cutover-related communications.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate and oversee operations within the Go-Live Control Room throughout the cutover period.
- Post-Cutover Support
- Oversee hypercare planning and execution.
- Ensure smooth handover to operations and support teams.
- Provide documentation for review and input to other programs and projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- This role can be remote EST zone, drivable distance within 2-3 hours preferred of Middletown, PA.
- It will be mostly part-time hours (during the day though) - several meetings, etc. not sure exact schedule but this person needs to be comfortable working part-time.
- Potential to travel onsite to Middletown, PA if needed for a few days here and there.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
