Overview: NCR Voyix is transforming the restaurant tech space — and we're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow by getting conversations started with the right prospects. As an SDR, you'll be the first touchpoint for Emerging Brands and Enterprise. Your job is to cold call, email, and engage operators, franchisors, and decision-makers to generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives. This role is about hustle, curiosity, and consistency — not spamming. You'll learn how to break into accounts, earn attention, and start relationships that lead to revenue. This is a high-impact role with clear visibility and real growth potential for the right candidate.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate high-quality discovery calls
  • Research accounts to personalize outreach and speak to pain points that matter
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and track activity in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns and provide feedback on messaging
  • Use tools like SalesLoft, Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Navigator to improve performance
  • Stay current on restaurant tech trends and customer needs so you can speak the customer's language
  • Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and bring ideas to improve targeting and conversion

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in a BDR/SDR, sales, or outbound-focused role (SaaS or restaurant tech a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills — you know how to get to the point
  • Gritty, scrappy, and hungry to prove yourself — you're not afraid of rejection
  • Highly organized and consistent — you follow up, follow through, and never let a lead slip
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft/Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator
