Remote Salesforce Business Analyst - INTL India - Remote Eligible

Job Opportunity

Insight Global is seeking three fully remote Business Analysts to join the Commercial Sales Operations team at a worldwide simulation software company. This team supports business users in requesting and implementing accurate changes related to Salesforce and documentation of operational processes. The team gathers business requirements from over 3,500 users, including direct and indirect channel partner users. As a business analyst and administrator, this role will translate business requirements to provide recommendations, best practices, and deliver solutions that provide actionable insights while also executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.

Key duties and responsibilities include partnering with process architects/product owners, joining requirements gathering sessions, working with process architects to determine tech team priorities, process mapping, crafting user stories with acceptance criteria, and validating testing, including UAT and creating test scripts.

Skills and requirements include 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, leading requirements gathering sessions, creating clear deliverables, executing on those deliverables, 1 year of experience with a Salesforce project, experience with Salescloud, experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), Salesforce certifications, VIZIO experience, and JIRA or ADO experience.
