In dieser Rolle fungieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen wie Marketing, Customer Service und Business Relationship Management und arbeiten eng mit den Außendienstkolleg*innen zusammen. Die Kommunikation mit externen Ansprechpartnern – etwa Krankenhäusern sowie klinischen und nicht-klinischen Stakeholdern – erfolgt hauptsächlich digital und remote. Aus dem Remote-Setup heraus bauen Sie langfristige, vertrauensvolle Partnerschaften mit Entscheidungsträgern auf und verantworten den Auf- und Ausbau des Verkaufsumsatzes in Ihrer Region. Dabei überzeugen Sie durch analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung. Mithilfe datengestützter Strategien und fundierter Marktanalysen entwickeln Sie erfolgreiche Vertriebsansätze und tragen maßgeblich zur Profitabilität Ihrer Region bei. SALES PROFESSIONAL CAREER STREAM:
Typically sales professional individual contributors with direct sales responsibilities. May direct the work of other lower level sales professionals or manage sales processes and/or accounts involving multiple team members. The majority of time is spent establishing and maintaining customer relationships, developing new customer relationships, implementing sales strategies and closing sales.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Requires practical knowledge gained through experience of sales techniques and job area typically obtained through education combined with sales experience. Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services.
