Hiring 25+ remote call center representatives in Texas and Arizona! Job duties include providing premium service and building customer relationships through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence.
Requirements include a minimum of two years of recent customer service experience (retail, fast food, face to face, over the phone) with a preference for call center experience. Candidates must type 40 WPM and have a hard-wired high-speed internet connection (50 mbps download).
Work environment is remote but candidates must live in Texas (not Houston) or Arizona. This is a contract position through January. Candidates must be available to work any shift during hours of operation: Mon-Sun 8am-7pm central.
Pay is $16.50/hr. The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
