About the Role
As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll support government-based programs that make a real difference in people's lives. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role where consistency, attention to detail, and follow-through matter. This position is best suited for candidates who:

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Handling inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
- Providing accurate information, basic troubleshooting, and clear next steps
- Scheduling appointments and submitting support tickets when appropriate
- Documenting each interaction thoroughly and accurately in our systems
- Following up with customers when required to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Adhering to program guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- A quiet, dedicated home workspace free from distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet, ethernet connection
- Windows-based computer (dual monitors preferred) and USB-wired headset
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Consistent availability Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST
Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior customer service or call center experience
- Comfort working with structured systems and documentation
- Bilingual English/Spanish (highly valued)

- Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST
- Location: Fully Remote (EST hours required)
