Customer Service Representative

Location: WFH Fully Remote; equipment provided

Pay: $15/hr (opportunity for monthly bonuses and overtime)

Duration: 3 months

Anticipated Start Date: October 20th and October 27th

Hours/Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday 8:30AM EST-5:00PM EST (training) and Monday-Friday anytime between 7:45am-8:15pm (8 hour shift/40 hour work week)

Job Description

Walking consumers through how to create accounts

Resetting passwords

Uploading documents while answering calls from consumers

Updating billing and payment preferences

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
