As a Client Account Manager, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional client experience. You'll support business owners in working from anywhere, while modeling a better work-life balance and contributing to a more sustainable future. We are looking for an empathetic communicator with excellent speaking and listening skills who are highly organized and detail oriented. This role will require someone who is a confident multitasker who can prioritize and manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced setting, handle discreet and confidential information, and is eager to help clients to the best of your ability.
