Immediate Remote Call Center Representative Opening

Opportunity to work for one of the largest warranty services companies in the area. Full time, long term position. Equipment provided. Monday - Friday 9am-6pm Eastern Time. $17/hr.

Qualifications:

• Two years of call center experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities:

• Emphasis is on general customer service for warranty plans, claims, credits, sales, and product registration.
• Formulate business decisions based on information provided during the call.
• Accurately document information within multiple database systems.
• Adhere to KPI(s), as defined by the leadership team, to ensure you are meeting departmental expectations and quality assurance.
• Act as a back-up to the outbound contact center team, focusing on closing extended warranty sales and with the assistance of progressive calling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
