MUST BE LOCATED IN PHOENIX, AZ Location: Fully Remote - Must be located within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ Schedule: Will be placed on a shift working 20 hours a week - Mondays will always be a full 8 hour shift. Training: 4 weeks, Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm (40 hours) Qualifications + Must have 1+ year of scheduling experience and handling high volume calls preferably in a call center. Description + Schedule and register patient appointments and/or provide information for other requests (e.g., addresses/directions, phone numbers, hours of operations, other departments, such as billing, etc.). + Process all phone, fax, email, and other communication channel requests with an emphasis on efficiency and accuracy. + As appropriate, assist new members with introduction to and explanation of available services, processes and availability of providers. + Update patients of the status of their referral or authorizations.
