The Integrated Project Management Team (IPM) is the offering of a centralized Integrated Delivery Team, who acts as a single operational point of coordination, assigned to manage and oversee all engagements across our customer's organization. Through our approach we will drive efficiencies, ensure consistent delivery and meeting our customer's expectations with complex/multi-site projects. This Operations Supervisor will work alongside other supervisors and reporting to the Operations Leader.
Supports and drives operational excellence in the company's core strategies for the Vertical Market and Global and Enterprise Accounts.
Manage, oversee and coordinate designated team under the Integrated Project Management Team responsible for the purchasing, project coordination/logistics, project scheduling, project management and project close out for VM/G&E customers. These customers may have various support components, small single projects that makeup a large program spanning over thousands of sites on an annual basis; medium to large projects that span over multiple CTCs and sites; includes the support of Business as Usual (BAU) projects, where the projects SOW varies by site.
Supports the Operations Lead to ensure the team is managing the financial execution of projects to ensure change orders are clearly documented and proposed to the customers.
Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all assigned projects.
Responsible for manpower assessment support to understand specific customer needs and work alongside Operations Lead to ensure needed resources are planned.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Customer Focus – Maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet of the needs and wants of the customer.
Leadership Orientation – Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model, guide, develop and mentor others within the Operations Supervisor role.
Financial analytical skills including cost control.
Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years relevant
Preferred Experience: (but not required): Engineering, Field, or project management Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare Previous project supervisory
