The purpose of this role is to lead a team of customer service representatives for our France/Benelux activities (sales/region-based model). You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order book and the excellence of the service in order to achieve sales targets and offer a first-class customer experience. You will be responsible for managing the order book for all team accounts, maintaining standardized and efficient working methods. In this role, you will ensure compliance with key SLAs and KPIs to support the overall customer experience, represent the Under Armour Supply Chain to customers and develop the potential of your direct reports. This role involves collaboration with Supply Chain management and stakeholder management to ensure a consistent and accurate order book and optimal service for our customers. It requires a mix of analysis, strategic thinking and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and within the internal matrix. This role is about guiding customer service representatives in "daily execution", while focusing on "planning for tomorrow". You will be the face of Under Armour to customers and the Supply Chain to your POD, while developing strategic roadmaps and collaborating with specialized teams within the pillar. You will interact closely with other Supply Chain pillars, particularly Logistics and Distribution. Additionally, you will work closely with our regional sales team and planners. Travel to our regional hub and regular visits to key clients are expected.

Your impact:

50% commercial management and analysis, 50% team management and development

Manage the "Order to Cash" processes for the group of accounts/POD, including order entry, samples, launches, tracking order book management indicators (tracking, pending orders, start shipment dates, reconciliations, discrepancies, tc.), response times, reporting, audits and email management to support commercial objectives and provide a first-class service.

Accompany direct team members in managing and converting the order book through weekly team and individual meetings; handle escalations and provide necessary support.

Work in partnership with cross-functional teams on key SLAs impacting service, including fulfillment rate, order execution, stock accuracy, ATP reporting and performance/accuracy of warehouse processes.

Support the Director of Account Services, Strategic Operations & Customer Compliance in the preparation of reports, training materials and achievement of commercial objectives on time.

Assist the Distribution pillar in routing and forecasting order flows.

Examine service models and anticipate areas of insufficient performance to meet SLAs.

Actively pilot the "Running-the-business" process of the POD to anticipate current and future order book developments relative to account objectives and manage planning of inputs with customers.

Collaborate with peers on strategic initiatives aligned with the LRP and POD expansion plans, share best practices and opportunities.

Be responsible for delivering account roadmaps: savings, efficiency gains and service improvements.

Work with other Supply Chain pillar experts to facilitate key client meetings/calls.

Be Superuser of systems and ensure support on BI/Power BI, ERP, SAP & Tableau, including training and deployment to the team.

Manage individual team member interviews and mutually agreed development plans.

Process management:

Experience in process management/customer service required to meet service and customer requirements (e.g., B2B, CRM tools, dashboards).

Mastery and execution of end-to-end order execution.

Collaborate with sales teams to improve service and order book specifics by account, taking into account customer experience and costs. Define success metrics and analyze benefits.

Communication:

Strong cross-functional, written and verbal collaboration with commercial teams and internal and external stakeholders. Frequency: daily to monthly.

Responsible for clear, concise and accurate communication at all levels. Able to communicate key strategies as well as service disruptions internally and externally.

Effective in signaling risks and opportunities to leadership teams and presenting solutions or mitigation scenarios where possible.

Team & Talent Development:

Creates a team identity and common goal to achieve regional and departmental objectives.

Motivates and empowers by setting measurable objectives, clear responsibilities and communicating expectations.

Qualifications:

University degree (Bachelor's level minimum)

More than 7 years of experience in Supply Chain operations or project/process management.

More than 7 years of experience in team management.

Results-oriented leader with a strategic vision and entrepreneurial spirit.

Excellent team management skills.

Exceptional presentation skills required.

Very effective communicator, able to synthesize and present complex data.

Fluent in French and English.

Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and Business Objects reporting tools.

Knowledge of enterprise management systems and CRM solutions (SAP preferred, etc.).

Base Compensation €61,644.88-€77,056.10 EUR The majority of new hires generally fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. However, the initial position in the salary range depends on the relevant knowledge, skills and experiences of each individual for the role.
